- Guide is optional and not included in the base price. Where an optional guide is provided, the service is in English only and available only during the tour. Guides are not available after the tour ends
- Cancellations or changes (including participant substitutions) are not permitted once the booking is confirmed. No refunds or exchanges will be issued

- There is no strict dress code; however, for the dinner held in a tatami room, socks must be worn. If your clothing or belongings are wet due to rain, please wipe them dry before entering. For the chopstick-making activity, shoes must be worn
- Transportation services (from chopstick-making venue to ryotei and from ryotei to hotel) are included in this
- experience; however, schedules and arrival times may change due to traffic or road conditions
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times while traveling in the private vehicle
- Guests are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals will be treated as cancellations
- No refunds will be provided if you miss part of the experience due to late arrival or early departure
