- The experience is for a minimum of 2 persons and a maximum of 10 persons
- Tickets need to be purchased a minimum of 7 days ahead of the proposed experience date
- This is a shared experience and there may be other groups on the same tour, up to a maximum of 10 persons
- The experience includes a 30-minute guided tour with The View from The Shard's London Expert, VIP check-in at the Fast-Track desk, Escort through security and private lift, a welcome glass of champagne or Noughty Alcohol-Free sparkling chardonnay (or soft drink alternative), US$13 retail spend voucher (valid on a US$19 minimum spend)
- Check-in instructions for the VIP Tour will be outlined on your eTicket
- Please ensure you arrive at least 15-minutes before the start time of the experience. If you arrive late, you will forfeit your tour and will instead receive standard entry. It's not possible to delay the tour as this will impact the enjoyment of other guests
- The experience is available to book until 11:59pm GMT on Monday 24 December 2025
- Experience and available dates are provided on a first come, first serve basis
- The cost of the experience is US$97 per person
